This LD features completely the concert at Tokyo Dome on Mar. 12 '95. The reason "the first in the world" was written on "obi", this is the only disk recorded an entire live officially through Stones' long career. The day, Mar. 12 was the middle of their 7 shows at Tokyo Dome and also it was shot by 22 cameras. So they kept good balance of intense and relaxed, this concert was wonderful. This is sold only in Japan and it may be difficult to be sold again. But Toshiba EMI had the copyright of this "Voodoo Lounge" and Toshiba EMI is the company in Japan made a recording contract with Stones now. So I hope them to see about remaking it. |
