The 11th album in US. It became the first Stones self producing album, since Andrew Loog Oldham leaved right after starting recording at a studio. The photo on cover is by Michael Cooper, and 3D cover then. Recorded at Olympic Studio in London from Feb. to Sep. in '67. Though John and Paul of the Beatles joined in chorus of "We Love You", but it didn't be featured on this album and was released only on a single. Later it was featured on "More Hot Rocks" and "Singles Collection". For a long time, songs of this album hadn't been performed, but in '89 "2000 Light Years From Home" and in '97 "She's A Rainbow". |
